In 2020, two Lebanese brothers, fuelled by a shared dream and a passion for their culinary heritage, embarked on a remarkable journey that led to the creation of Mazaj. Born and raised in Lebanon, they brought a piece of their homeland to the local Melbourne communities. Their unwavering dedication to authenticity and genuine Lebanese flavours set the stage for an extraordinary dining experience. Alongside these brothers, a Lebanese chef, well-versed in the art of Middle Eastern cuisine, joined forces with them to breathe life into Mazaj's creative menu.
